We really enjoyed being with Mom and Dad during Christmas. It is always great getting to spend time with them. Ava especially loves her Granna and Pops. She gets excited anytime we mention their names. We hung out in Hickory for a good part of the week and celebrated Christmas with Mom and Dad the morning of Christmas Eve. Ava saw all the gifts and knew she gets gifts and we give gifts because of Jesus' birthday. Before we opened gifts she initiated the singing of "Happy Birthday" to Jesus! It was one of my favorite moments from this Christmas season!
