We woke up early on Christmas morning. Our kids and Jeremy and Liz's kids are early risers. Jeremy read the Christmas story and Carson put baby Jesus in the manger. He loves this! We then let our kids open their stocking gifts and Christmas presents from us. We read the Christmas story before opening gifts because we want our kids to know that why we give and get gifts is because we are celebrating the birth of Christ and that God gave us a gift when he sent us his son! After the kids opened their gifts we ate breakfast then Jon, Jeremy, Liz and I opened our gifts. What a fun morning!
