26 Weeks...6 Months

Only 3 more months to go...I feel like this pregnancy is going by so fast! We continue to look forward to the arrival of our Little Boy (he still doesn't have a name). The kids are excited and love giving Mommy's belly kisses. I can't wait to see them with their little brother!

A Pumpkin, A Jack-O-Lantern and Apples

We enjoyed some fall fun on Sunday night. After dinner we (Jon) carved a pumpkin with the help of the kids. We (Jon again) also made caramel apples! The kids had been wanting to get a pumpkin to carve and the apples were all Jon's idea. What a fun way to spend our Sunday night!

Jeremy came up to play some tennis with Jon.
He stayed for dinner and our fall fun!
We are thankful for Jeremy and his friendship.
The kids love having him around!

Sleepover

Alana came over for a sleepover on Friday night. This was her first sleepover away from home (expect for with grandparents). Ava and Alana had a blast playing together. They even let Emet in on their fun. All three kids enjoyed an ice cream treat too...that was probably the highlight of their night! The girls didn't want to go to sleep and were up late just talking after I put them to bed. It was fun to see these sweet girls enjoy a night like this. They are good buddies and I see a lot of these sleepovers in our future!

Family Movie Night

We rented How to Train Your Dragon on Sunday night and had a family movie night. Jon and I saw this movie in the theater and thought the kids would enjoy it. They loved it! What a fun night for our family!

Hiking Manadonok

Jon had the day off last Wednesday so we headed to New Hampshire for some hiking. He found a place he wanted to go, so off we went. It took about an hour and a half for us to get there and before hitting the trail we had a picnic lunch. The kids were troopers! We were on the trail for three hours and they pressed on the whole time. Jon carried Emet when we got to the rocky part, but other than that, he walked the whole time. The trail should take 4 hours round trip...but we didn't make it to the top. With the kids we only made it about half way. Near that point the trail turned into solid rocks all the way to the top. We decided it wouldn't be the best to take the kids up that part. Not to mention, this pregnant Momma was getting tired too! We had a great time and enjoyed spending the day as a family! I appreciate Jon planning this!

Jon went up a little farther than we did and got this shot...
We hope to go back one day and hike the whole trail.
