Our Life In Medford

We have been in Medford for almost two months now. Time seems to have flown by...we've done a lot in two months, but there is also still much to be done. We have adjusted well and loved life here. This post will catch you up on a few of the things we have been doing!!!

Ava and her friend at Chick-Fil-A in Burlington (MA)...
we went for Cow Appreciation Day!
Emet at the playplace in the mall when we went to Cow Appreciation Day!
We had some friend over for dinner...Emet and his friend loved their desert!
One of the local churches has really come alongside of us and is so supportive of our church plant. They've taken us in and welcomed us. Their pastor is offering wisdom and encouragement to the guys and we count it a blessing to be in partnership with Hope Fellowship. The
kids went to their Saddle Ridge Ranch VBS and I worked in the nursery.
We had a great week with our new friends at Hope! The kids loved it!
Ava was in the Red Group!
Emet hung out in the toddler room with me...
he loved eating crackers and going to hear the music!
The "Showdeo"
The kids preformed the songs and sign language
they had learned during the week!
Alana
I was taking belly shots to document pregnancy...
Emet and Ava had to get in on the action!
Emet doesn't have much of a belly!
Ava's Belly Shot
3 months pregnant...13 weeks!

Ava started swimming lessons...she has loved it and is doing so well!

SGS Beantown Visit

At the beginning of July Brittney and Chelsie came to spend a week with us! We had a blast with them and so enjoyed having them in Boston with us. I think we've convinced them to move...but I'm not so sure we've convinced their parents! There are tons of pictures from the week...but it gives you the full experience of their time with us. Love these girls so much!

Great night at the game!
We got home from church on Sunday and while I was cooking lunch I noticed a fire under our neighbor's back porch. Jon went to check it out, Brittney gave him our fire extinguisher and he tried putting it out. It never really went all the way out, so we called the fire department. They came and made sure everything was out...the house was fine, just some damage under their porch.
Deuces!
We had a cookout for the 4th at the Miller's.
The kids enjoyed popsicles after dinner!
Going to watch fireworks on the Charles River
